Engineered for harsh environments, the USR-HUB102S integrates an internal continuous DC/DC isolation mode alongside 2500Vrms optical isolation. This design completely separates your signal circuits to block ground loops and hazardous voltage surges from damaging expensive PLCs, sensors, and data acquisition hardware. With an expanded capacity of 128 nodes per channel, it easily scales complex automation networks across long distances using standard twisted-pair wiring.
